Since 1989, hundreds of adults have participated in actual
exchanges between our communities that focus on familiarization
with  delegates' professional and/or social counterparts.  The
travelers come from all walks of life and have an opportunity to
visit the counterparts' homes and experience everyday life in the
other community. Invariably, deep and long-lasting friendships
result.
